About Us

Resilience Gym was founded by highly experienced martial artists with the goal of helping others improve themselves physically & mentally to overcome obstacles in life. We believe that when people are challenged appropriately, they will develop the skills necessary for survival under stress. Our training is not centered on sport or competition but focused on cultivating supreme human beings.

Program Schedule

Resilience Gym strives to provide a range of martial art & fitness options. Our current classes include Kali, Tabimina Balintawak, Pilates, Karate, & Wuzu-Baihe-Quan (Five Ancestor – White Crane Fist). Our gym also has a variety of high-quality equipment for boxing, Muay Thai, and grappling enthusiasts. We welcome anyone who is passionate about improving themselves to join us on a journey to perfection.
