Lau Pung Seng


Master Lau started his lifelong martial arts journey in 1974 at the age of 14 with Korean Tang Soo Do. He achieved his first black belt in 1978 and later progressed to a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Since then, he trained in many different arts in order to become a more complete martial artist.

Obtaining 2nd Degree black belt in Shin-kyokushin Oyama Karate and Ashihara Karate, Black belts in Shitoryu Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido and Nam Hwa Pai.

Master Lau has also achieved the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a brown belt in Judo & Aikido, and well trained in Muay Thai, boxing, wresting, MMA and Kendo.

In Chinese martial arts, Master Lau trained Wuzuquan (5-Ancestor Fist), White Crane, Tai Chi, Xin Yi, Bagua, and Wing Chun.

For Filipino Martial Art, Master Lau is a senior instructor in Kali, as well as a Certified Feeder in the Tabimina Balintawak System.


Even at the age of 62, Maser Lau is still very active in training and coaching. As traditional Wuzuquan and White Crane may soon become lost arts, Master Lau is willing to impart his knowledge to those who are keen to learn.
